Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the information you submit, including your name, email address, requested outcome, preferred agent type, and any context you choose to send in Telegram. We also collect limited technical and attribution data such as campaign parameters, page activity, device or browser information, and operational logs needed to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to activate the right agent, respond to you, perform requested work, operate and secure the service, measure site performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use activation details for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, network security, analytics, email, error monitoring, and messaging. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and Telegram, depending on the feature you use. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies as well as our agreements with them.

Telegram

Continuing in Telegram is optional. If you do, Telegram receives and processes your account and message data under its own privacy terms. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information through the pilot intake.

Connected Google Workspace data

If you connect Google Workspace, Agents On It accesses only the Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar data needed to perform the work you request. Depending on the capabilities you enable, that can include searching and reading email, creating email drafts, sending email from a verified primary or send-as identity under your chosen autonomy policy, finding and reading files and documents, reading spreadsheet ranges, and checking calendar events. We do not send email or create calendar events without the consequence approval shown in the service.

Google access tokens are held by our OAuth connection provider and are not placed in agent chats or customer workspaces. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not permit routine human access to connected content; limited access may occur only with your affirmative permission for support, when necessary to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law.

You can revoke access from the Agents On It connection flow or your Google Account. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and security

We retain activation information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, isolated credentials, and explicit approval boundaries designed to protect the information, but no online system is risk-free.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your activation information, or object to certain processing, by emailing hello@agentsonit.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Browser and device controls can also limit cookies or analytics.

Children and changes

The service is intended for adults and business users, not children under 13. We may update this policy as the pilot changes; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
