Terms of Service

Eligibility and pilot applications

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. We may accept, decline, or waitlist an application at our discretion.

Scope, pricing, and cancellation

Each engagement begins with a written order or confirmation describing the outcome, included work, timeline, access, approval boundaries, price, and cancellation terms. Those engagement-specific terms control if they conflict with these general terms. No charge is created by submitting the application form.

Approvals and connected systems

Research, analysis, and drafting may run within the scope you approve. Sending, publishing, purchasing, deleting, or changing live systems requires the approval boundary defined during onboarding. You are responsible for the authority to provide any account, data, or content you connect to the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or others’ rights, deceive people, distribute malware, bypass security, send unlawful spam, facilitate harassment, or process highly sensitive information unless we expressly agree in writing to appropriate safeguards.

Customer materials and work product

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to perform the agreed work. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables will be stated in the engagement scope; our pre-existing tools, workflows, software, and general know-how remain ours.

Confidentiality

Each side will use reasonable care to protect nonpublic information received from the other and will use it only for the engagement, except when disclosure is authorized or legally required. Specific security or data-handling commitments must be agreed in writing before sensitive access is provided.

Service limitations

AI-assisted work can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed for the intended use. Unless an engagement says otherwise, the service is provided “as is” and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, a particular business result, or suitability for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the relevant engagement during the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where permitted.

Termination and governing law

Either side may stop an engagement as provided in its written scope. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or nonpayment. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of- law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Contact and updates

Questions can be sent to hello@agentsonit.com. We may update these terms as the service changes; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
